Our mix is multi-usage and can be used to make high quality crepes, waffles, pancakes, blinis, toasties, and ice cream cones...

Our dry mix allows you to easily prepare your own crepe/waffle batter and cook delicious Crêpes or Waffles.

To make about 16 crepes (size > 35cm) or 15 "Liège" waffles or 35 lollywaffles, you'll need a few ingredients and ustensils, just take 1 kilo of dry mix, add 1.8L of water and batter is ready to used in less than 3 minutes.
