Our dry mix allows you to easily prepare your own crepe/waffle batter and cook delicious Crêpes or Waffles.

To make about 16 crepes (size > 35cm) or 15 "Liège" waffles or 35 lollywaffles, you'll need a few ingredients and ustensils, just take 1 kilo of dry mix, add 1.8L of water and batter is ready to used in less than 3 minutes.

Crêpes de France is taking action to find alternatives to palm oil, a crop regarded as unsustainable but that is still found in many processed foods such as DRY MIX. But palm oil production has often involved highly destructive practices in places such Malaysia and Indonesia, where forest is cleared to make way for land to grow the profitable crop.
